The opening hours of our parking lot is from 06:00~22:00 to allow cars to enter. Closing hours are from: 22:00~06:00. Cars can not enter during this time.

In consideration of security safety, we only provide parking for cars. Scooters and bikes are prohibited to park in here.

| 3. |
Please park your vehicle properly so that it does not obstruct driving way. Please take responsibility if there is any damage to others vehicle by paying for the third person.

To keep the safety, smoking is prohibited in the underground parking lot. Violators will be taken seriously and fined.
|
| 5. |
Throwing garbage, spitting, and spitting betel nut everywhere are prohibited. Keep the parking lot clean.
|
| 6. |
Store your fuel in your vehicle, do not store any other fuel in the parking lot.
|
| 7. |
If a vehicle is out of order or on fire, you must start the fire control system and inform our centre to announce other vehicle to leave the parking lot.
To avoid the damage.

Children do not enter the parking lot by themselves to avoid danger. The driver most accompany the children if it’s a children’s family member.
|
| 9. |
Do not store any dangerous items such as flammables and explosives. If our centre finds anything suspicion we can request to open the vehicle and also the truck to prevent damage.

Do not wash your vehicle, set up objects and litter. Keep the venue clean.
|
| 11. |
Please notice if there is any need to remove your vehicle with abundance of rain. |
| 12. |
User must keep the ticket; parking will be paid by the card. If the card is lost, please bring registration and driving license or any related documents to the parking lot office to submit identify proof.
Must start to pay from 6:00 am on the day and pay leaving the parking lot. |

Please follow the signs or direction people to enter or exit the parking lot. When park your vehicle please follow the signs and routes to the appropriate space.
Park your vehicle in the space safely. According to the parking rule 32, if there is any inappropriate vehicles parked, the parking manager will remove it and put it in the correct space and charge NTD 2,000.
If there is any accident of inappropriate parking causing internal and external accident or damaging parking lot facilities the user must pay for the damage. |

The parking lot only provides a parking system, it does not insure the vehicles. |

Monthly Rental Rules： |

Ⅰ、Please take reference of the “Taipei ShiLing Sport Centre parking lot vehicle renting contract” |

Ⅱ、Parking Space, up to 3 months as a period |
| |
Daytime opening hours: 08:00~18:00 NTD3,600 (Can enter in this period)
Nighttime opening hours: 21:00~07:00 NTD3, 000. (Closing time 22:00~06:00. The parking lot will be closed, please take notice of the closing time)

Ⅲ、First period, (Parking lot day, night parking rental parking spaces: 10 spaces for each) |

Ⅳ、Parking space registration drawing function: |
| |
1.Come to the reception seven days before opening the parking lot.
Take a draw 5 days before. There will be 10 people who qualify and 5 people on the waiting list.
If the people who qualify don’t pay 2 days before the renting day by 22:00, the people who are on the waiting list will be granted the space instead.

2.Please show your registration, and driving license while registering the parking space. (One vehicle per space)

3. Physical and mentally disabled people registered with their own vehicle and also driving it can use (and show) their identification card (or special license signed picture), physical and mentally disabled card, registration, and driving license (these 4 items must be the same person). With the original to registering, you can have half price off the monthly pass. Each person can only have one monthly pass at the same parking lot.

4.If there is any modification please go through 1F reception.

Ⅴ、If leaving the parking lot after the monthly rental period, or leaving the parking lot after the deadline (charges from the beginning to get in the parking lot are not applied as 15 minutes are free), all charges will go according to the rental charging processes.

Ⅵ、Parking lot first period only use as our center’s opening hours are for external usage.

Night parking opening hours: 22:00~06:00 (Vehicles can not enter after the closing time) Please take notice of the time schedule.
First monthly rental time: Starts from Feb/20/08 until Aug/31/08
This period is charged as more than three months. |

Second monthly rental time: Starts from June.01.08 until Aug.31.98. We started to do the registration on May/25/08
