To enjoy wellness, start from taking exercise
Broadly speaking, wellness includes physical health, mental health, and spiritual health. In order to gain wellness from daily life, one should frequently check if the following essential elements are balanced: physical health, nutrition, accustomed to pressure, inter-personal relationship, quitting bad habits, and assurance of values.
As part of the sport industry, our top priority is to improve the wellness of all the citizens. Let us share the advantages of sports and basic principles of taking exercise with an expectation that everyone can enjoy wellness by taking exercises.

Advantages of sports
It’s time for you to start a regular exercise if you sit during most of your working hours, or if an exercise means walking between a TV and a refrigerator to you. Taking regular exercises will benefit you. It maintains the health of cardiopulmonary system and reduces chances of heart attack by both maximum consumption of oxygen and highest production of blood. Taking exercises can lose weights, strengthen your energy, and you won’t feel fatigable from it. A good exercise decreases nerves, depression, and sadness. It also helps us to have a better sleep. Furthermore, it reinforces the muscular strength, the endurance, and the flexibility of our muscles. Exercising also decreases the cholesterol in the blood if we have a good eating habit. A good sport would help you to live with confidence, to boost possibilities of both family and social gathering.

Principles
A good exercise program should include 3 basic principles, which are: the overload principle, the advanced principle, and the specific principle. One should consider all those principles to have a balanced exercise program, and to enjoy the effects that exercises bring.
First, the overload principle. -- It is the basic principle to every sport. In theory, one will not expect a better result until he/she put extra exercising load. We can tell if it is a good exercise by observe the body reflection. The stronger the endurance is, the tougher the physical strength will be. Thanks to the overload capacity, the muscular cells grow and lead to a strong muscular strength. The intensity of reinforcement and the load of overcapacity are close related. The intensity of exercise load depends on both the time and the frequency.

Second, the advanced principle.--Once your body is used to the load of exercise, you should advance the exercise load by increasing the resistance. All sports will reach a point of leveling off. That is to say, the initial exercise load is not strong enough to get a higher development. For this reason, it is the necessary and the best method by advancing the resistance and the strength for achieving a better improvement.

Third, the specific principle. --One can not develop an appropriate exercise program without a specific purpose, which explains the effects of a sport. Our body must be able to adapt to this specific purpose which can be various by different exercises. Therefore, the exercise you are taking should meet your expectation. For example, it is impossible for you to strengthen the cardiopulmonary endurance by training your muscles. We can improve the body endurance by all kinds of forces, time pressure, and high frequency. It is true that one’s body endurance differs from another’s, and this is the reason that every exercise program should be different from each other.
